Furniture Design Competition

Participation Information：

1. The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any application and to determine the number and location of booth(s) for each exhibitor. If booths are fully booked before the receipt of application, the application will be placed on the waiting list.

2. Space location will be assigned firstly in accordance with the number of booth(s) requested, and then as of date of application on a first-come, first-served basis. Drawings are used to determine priority for those with the same status.

3. If the number of booths required exceed booths available, the organizers reserve the right to reduce the number and/or size of booths.

4. The organizers reserve the right to change the exhibition venue and duration of the show, or to cancel the show without any liability or responsibility for compensation or indemnification to the exhibitor.

5. Upon acceptance of application, each exhibitor will receive an official Exhibition Manual which contains show regulations, detailed information and procedures concerning electricity, travel agent, rental of facilities and list of official forwarding agents for handling customs clearance of exhibits.

6. The organizers will not act as a sponsor for exhibitor entry visa applications, and cannot be held liable in case of visa difficulties.

7. All applicants may request space or booth(s) only on a 3m (width) X 3m (depth) unit basis.

Exhibition Booth Rates

*Exhibition space rates are quoted as stated above. Fees are payable only in U.S. dollars or corresponding rate in New Taiwan dollars.

*Additional facilities on furniture are available for rent from the on-site contractor.

Payment Schedule:

1. A copy of receipt for down payment for indicated amount on invoice together with two copies of catalogue of related products and space application form should be sent to the organizer (TAITRA) before 31 December, 2006.

2. After space allocation, the organizer (TAITRA) will notify applicants of their booth number(s) assigned.

3. In case of cancellation, or failure to obtain a Taiwan visa, payment already paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

4. To remit payment by telegraphic transfer, please refer to the following information and state clearly that the telegraphic transfer is for Taipei Int’l Furniture Show 2007.
